Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. The actress was born Patsy McClenny on February 3 of 1950. In the 1980s, she gained a cult following due to her role on a variety of television shows. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild made her debut on the CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. She performed the role of Jenna Wade in 1978, being the first actress who was able to do so. In 1980 she took the role as Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), for which she won an Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress - Television Series Drama. In 1984 she starred as an actress in ABC's short premiertime soap Paper Dolls. From 1985-1986 in the series, she played lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series.
